Alexandra Martin, DMD

Dr. Martin is a proud Arizona native and graduate of the University of Arizona. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, AZ, where she developed a foundation in both clinical excellence and compassionate care.

With a special love for aesthetic dentistry, Dr. Martin has pursued extensive advanced training in the art and science of smile design. She is passionate about combining artistry with precision to help patients achieve natural, beautiful results that enhance their confidence. Dedicated to lifelong learning, she continually studies the latest techniques and technologies to ensure her patients receive exceptional, cutting-edge care. Her philosophy is simple: every patient should feel welcomed, comfortable, and treated like family.

Outside the office, Dr. Martin enjoys staying active by doing yoga and pilates, experimenting with new sourdough recipes, and embarking on fun adventures with her husband and two children.

Joy, RDH

HYGIENIST
Joy is a patient focused Dental Hygienist, with a strong passion in educating her patients about the importance of oral hygiene and good practices. She says the best part of her job is meeting a variety of people and building rapport with them. Joy takes great pride in making a difference in her patients smile with a comfortable and thorough cleaning. Outside of work Joy is a mom of two wonderful children, Cason and Olivia. She also enjoys spending time with family and watching sports!
Liliana, RDH

HYGIENIST
Lily loves her career as a Dental Hygienist and helping people stay healthy. She says becoming a Dental Hygienist has been one of the best decisions she has made. As her patient you will receive the best care and treatment based on your own needs and you’ll work as a team to give you the smile you want and deserve. Lily has lived in Arizona for over 20 years and loves taking walks on our beautiful Arizona trails with her family.
Kim

FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Kim has been the Office Manager of Ventana Dental since June 2004. She enjoys getting to know our patients and watching the practice grow. You can be sure to be greeted with her smiling face when you walk through the door.
Kim is a Tucson native. In her spare time, she likes to travel, sing and spend time with her husband Todd, daughter Taylor and dogs and cat Holly, Oakley and Zoey.
Briana, RDA

BACK OFFICE MANAGER
Briana is the Back Office Manager at Ventana Dental. She is dedicated to making sure each patient enjoys their experience and each team-member feels supported in their role. Previously, Briana worked as a Dental Assistant for 6 years. She graduated with honors from Pima Medical Institute with a degree in Healthcare Administration. In her free time, Briana enjoys spending time with her three children & husband.
Cassandra, RDA

DENTAL ASSISTANT
Cassandra was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. She has been an active member of the dental community since early 2019. She provides compassionate care tailored to patients’ individual desires and needs. During her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time outdoors.
Michelle, RDA

DENTAL ASSISTANT
Michelle began her dental assistant career in 2019 after graduating from Pima Medical Institute. Michelle’s favorite part of her job is providing patients the experience of quality dental care and the feeling of a great smile. In her free time she enjoys playing video games and spending time with her friends & family.
